- Offer grants to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) that are operational, under development, or being planned
- Give clinics the tools to apply for grants
- Help people locate FQHCs and other community clinics across the Greater Houston area
Our Partners
Healthy Houston believed in our mission from the very beginning. With their early support, we opened our first clinic in 2004, providing prenatal care to women who had nowhere else to turn. Today, we’ve grown to eight clinics and two mobile units, serving over 25,000 individuals annually. Healthy Houston’s partnership has been instrumental in helping us expand access to care and address health disparities across our community.
