Healthy Houston is a 501(c)(3) organization located in Houston, Texas. Led by our board of directors, we are proud of our mission and vision for a healthier Houston.

Our Goal

As a charitable foundation, to improve access to health care for underserved people, enhancing the physical, mental, educational, and artistic health of the community overall

Our Strategy

To support nonprofit, community-based clinics that offer health care to low-income, medically underserved patients on a sliding fee scale

What we do

Offer grants and loans to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) that are operational, under development, or being planned
Give clinics the tools to apply for grants and loans
Help members of the underserved community locate accessible FQHCs across the city
